		Throughout the course of the competition, the judges were privileged to observe the high standard of application to the tasks at hand, the levels of respect and consideration for others shown and the natural leadership abilities of many of the competitors involved.  So impressed were the judges by the calibre of the competitors as a whole it was decided that due recognition and acknowledgement of the individual demonstrating the most outstanding leadership qualities should be made. As the recipient of this year's Leadership Award, Luke Keehan will join the winners of the two competition sections for an experience of a lifetime on an Outward Bound Course made possible through the tremendous support of the ETITO.
