 | Daniel entered the industry as part of the ETCO group apprenticeship scheme in 2007 and has been with his present host company, local contracting firm, Dalton Electrical, from day one. Over the three years of his apprenticeship, Daniel has gained a wealth of experience across all disciplines of the industry to become a valuable component of the Dalton Electrical team. ECANZ Challenge Finals 2010 was second time round for Daniel after making it through last year and when away from excelling in his chosen career, Daniel can be found enjoying a bit of motorcycling, social rugby and indoor cricket. |

 | Ryan started as an ETCO group scheme apprentice in April 2007 and has spent the majority of his apprenticeship with his present ETCO host company, Heinz Watties Ltd. His time with Heinz Watties has afforded him opportunities to be involved with the installation of food production lines and experience the routines of site maintenance and pressures of breakdown work. Ryan has developed an excellent relationship with his co-workers at Heinz Watties where he is now considered a very integral part of the team. Ryan's hobbies are dominated by anything with wheels, namely four wheel driving or motorbikes, and he has just purchased his first home. |

ETCO Host Company: Absolute Electrical Ltd, Lower Hutt Off-Job Trainer: ETCO |
 | Robert began his apprenticeship in Masterton in February 2007 with Devonport Electrical Ltd, where his experience included appliance servicing and domestic work. After relocating to Wellington, as an ETCO group scheme apprentice, Robert has been hosted by Absolute Electric Ltd who have provided him with plenty of industrial automation experiences which have included the upgrading of industrial manufacturing machines and servicing of air bridges at Wellington Airport. Robert is currently studying towards his Level 5 Electrical Engineering qualification and his personal interests include snow-boarding, water-skiing and car maintenance. |
